Born to the M tribe of the Fringes, Sennah grew into adulthood immersed in harsh climes and deadly beasts. It tempered her reflexes and crafted a quick thinker out of her; skillsets that first served her as a courier for the tribe. Chancing, during an exchange of letters, to hear stray news of her estranged sister's travels through Eorzea eventually inspired Sennah to leave the Peering Stones for a life of adventure.

A fledgling monk who often possesses more enthusiasm than tact, much to the umbrage of her mentors. Hers is a common face in and around the Reach (and indeed Gyr Abania as a whole these days), where the commonfolk seem to either view her with a fondness mostly reserved for a younger sibling, or the unique exaggeration one might have for a misbehaving child. Still, she's not been sent away yet. Maybe she's got promise.

Sennah is the best sort of adventurer; selfless to a fault with perhaps a touch of naivety. From being swindled by merchants to befriending locals at taverns and even arm wrestling beast tribesmen, Sennah's devil-may-care outlook has already left her with some interesting stories to tell.

All gas, no breaks; no better words would describe M'sennah. The Seeker is an excitable sort, a veritable reveler of the moment. She's a sight to behold when she really puts her mind and devotes her focus to it (for better or worse). She's the sort who gives herself wholly to her endeavors, a girl still shielded by the foolishness of an idealistic youth.

She's short even as far as miqo'te go, but somehow she's impossible to miss. It could be because of her appearance; the bright colors accenting her garb and the paints across her arms that matched. Or perhaps it's the candid way she conducts herself, with a rather larger-than-life attitude that certainly leaves an impression.

traits & quirks

She talks with her hands, probably more than she does with her mouth. Her past running between crags and escaping the jaws of beasties must have etched an antsy note into her soul, because she'd be hard pressed to sit still for more than a bell at a time. Her tail is often poised upright with all the aplomb that carries the rest of her, it just as animated as her ears tend to be-- and from these two alone, her mood could usually be read.

Master Balder

Mentor. Devout of the Destroyer.

An elder monk who adheres to the old ways, Balder is an austere man with a rather black-and-white view of the Star. He's taken Sennah under his wing for the better part of two summers now, and though she has learned a great deal, his harsh and unforgiving methods have caused her to question her path more than once...

Stolen Cargo. Plucky companion.

A young chocobo that became inexplicably entwined with Sennah's travels sometime after the miqo'te took a short job escorting a wagon full of chicks to Ul'dah. Yes, it seems suspicious, but no; Sennah certainly insists she did not steal one of that merchant's chicks.
Her talkative nature has earned her the unofficial moniker of 'Quiet', and due to her age (and penchant to peck at more than she can handle), she's often left in the company of chocobo porters while Sennah earns her keep.

M’yara

Elder sister. Far-flung smith.

M'yara is the reason Sennah gathered the courage to see what lies beyond the Fringes, but their relationship is tenuous at best and entirely one-sided at worst. Still, it seems Sennah's dogged spirit won't let her take a hint, and she often goes to visit Gridania in hopes of getting a chance to speak with Yara and perhaps change her wanting opinion of the M tribe.
